Kingsland has a rich military history, thanks to our close proximity to the Kings Bay Naval Base. Honor our veterans with the James Jarret Brown VFW Post 8385’s Veterans Day Parade. Set for Saturday, November 11th, the parade begins at 10:30AM along the streets of Downtown Kingsland, with a ceremony following at 11:11am at the Kingsland Veterans Memorial Park (200 E King Ave). Following the ceremony, enjoy a picnic lunch of hotdogs and hamburgers at the VFW Post (150 Camden Woods Pkwy E, Kingsland).
